Rack tom was cut down from a power-tom size — the floor tom is an original 14x16 (16” diameter)

Whenever the rack tom was cut down, some new lug holes needed drilled. All the original holes were filled and interior repainted to match. Really nice work done all around

Some lugs are original 80s Gretsch, some are brand new lugs direct from Gretsch.
