The catalog configuration uses a 13" rack tom, so I'm guessing the 12" was added later. It is not drilled for any mounting hardware but would be very easy for the next owner to add on if they so choose
Kit is pretty nice all around, no real wear or issues to note
Some parts are unoriginal including some tom hoops and tension rods
Cymbal arm mount on the bass is missing the wing-nut and more than likely stripped
